Anyone else ready for Friday?? Since I was traveling last weekend, I’m desperately ready for a few days off to just relax. And laundry. And cleaning. Okay, I’ve got some things to catch up on. Especially since weeknights have quickly filled up with excuses to stay out until sundown. When the weather is this good, I just can’t bear to race home to those pesky chores. I wore this look just last night for a night of rosé sipping in Nolita.

In the Summer especially I am all for easy, no-fuss pieces that can be mixed, matched and generally thrown on so I can run out the door and enjoy as much of the sunshine as possible. While that usually involves a lightweight, sundress – this side split maxi is just as easy and a welcome addition to some of the more predictable items in my closet.

While I’m spoiled by the views from within Manhattan on the regular, over the weekend Adam and I decided to switch up the view by hopping over to Williamsburg. I went with easy, faded blues that just so happened to match that hazy skyline behind me.
