Full length denim overalls (you know, the kind you wore if you were a 90s kid) continue to be a trend this Fall.. but I’ve got to be honest, I’m just not sure I can pull them off. So until I decide to give it a go, this more minimal black version hints at the trend without going overboard.

I let the rest of the look fall back on a few of my favorites – a plaid boyfriend shirt, vintage bag and these new caged heels. I wear a lot of heels so I’m going to go ahead and call myself an expert on this matter. These things are comfortable. I went from the East Village to Flatiron to the Upper East Side to Chelsea and back home in these babies (spanning a 12 hour period) and was still walking tall in these things. Now that’s a trend I can get behind.
