Ahhh.. hello again old friends. I didn’t plan to take the last few days off but a sinus infection turned kidney infection had other plans for me and today is the first day I’ve seen beyond my bedside table since Friday afternoon. It’s been a rough one I tell ya. Luckily, I had snapped these photos last week when I was feeling all la dee da about life. The good old days.

I’m currently on the mend and have lots more in store for you in the way of summer outfits and a few fun travel stories. I like to think I was channeling a bit of Sandra Dee circa Grease here once I added cat eye sunglasses (these have been my favorite pair this summer), a velvet craft store ribbon turned make-shift choker (wrapped around twice and tied in a neat little bow) and chic gingham flats. Here’s to feeling like myself again soon (just as soon as these antibiotics kick in).
