Ahhh.. hello again old friends. I didn’t plan to take the last few days off but a sinus infection turned kidney infection had other plans for me and today is the first day I’ve seen beyond my bedside table since Friday afternoon. Gingham Shirtdress in Central Park

There’s something fairly magical about watching the season’s change in Central Park. So on Saturday, Adam and I went to take in a bit of that magic in the late afternoon light. Since we did quite a bit of walking, I kept it comfortable in flat espadrilles and a classic shirtdress.

Old Navy Stripe Linen Dress and Coach White Sneakers

I’ve worn this striped linen dress at least once a week since I picked it up earlier this season. It’s impossibly comfortable (and it doesn’t wrinkle!) and just heavy enough weight to make it work for these cool spring mornings when paired with a light jacket.

Instagram Round-Up: Spring Favorites

If you follow me on Instagram then you already know that a lot of my day to day looks don’t always make it all the way to the blog – so I thought I’d share a few recent Spring looks from social that feature pieces I’ve had on repeat lately. From weekends to casual work days I’ve been living in easy stripes (like this linen drawstring dress – under $40!), denim pieces in new silhouettes (like flares and a chambray trapeze top) and wear with everything accessories (like white sneakers, a navy satchel and pretty pearl bracelet).
