MIRRORED SUNGLASSES AND DOUBLE DENIM

It seems like for every 4-5 freezing days we manage to get 1-2 warmer ones (which for January means I can’t really complain..), but it’s making this blog look a bit scattered. The silver lining is that if you’re in LA or Houston, you could take inspiration from outfits like these and if you’re with me in the North East you can take notes from posts like this one.

I jumped at the chance on Saturday to take my coat off for a few hours in the afternoon and layer just a chambray shirt and denim jacket instead. I love that this pair is what I’ve dubbed ‘blonde’ tortoiseshell, which looks less harsh against my lighter hair (and paler skin.. damn you winter). I kept everything else shades of blue and a touch of camel – a combo that never grows old for me. This mixed up winter weather is another story…
