I am certain that our time spent in Prague is the closest I will ever come to living in a fairytale. The castles, the colors, the… everything. It just felt like magic. For the most part I try to pack practically with solids that I can mix and match – but I was happy to have packed a few standout pieces like this plaid skirt and floral dress for a city that felt like it deserved a little dressing up.

Our first day in the city was spent climbing up to Prague Castle to take in the sweeping views of Prague below it. A backpack and these oxfords (so comfortable, I wore them constantly on our trip!) came in handy while making the hike, but this plaid skirt – rich with Autumn hues – matched perfectly with the ivy covered castle once I could take a seat and soak up the views. Later that night I twisted my loose curls into a crown braid, swiped on this lipstick (my favorite red!) and changed into this floral dress and caged heels for a night out in what proved to be one of the most romantic city’s I’ve ever visited.
