It’s become a little tradition with Adam and I to have a NYC staycation over Memorial Day weekend. The city all but empties out and it’s fun to kick off Summer in the city where we live and love. Sunday the streets felt deserted and I hit the pavement in this little red dress.

The color is more of an orangey-red which I love (especially against the faintest hint of tan I worked on laying in Central Park all day on Sunday) and you can wear it belted or loose for more of a swingy shape. I find when you go for a bold color, it’s best to keep the rest super simple. And in the Summer heat who wants to overthink things anyway? Hope you all had a weekend that was as good as mine.
