If we’re being honest, this cold, blustery weather has me in some kind of mood. But if I’m looking for a silver lining – I found it on Saturday when Adam and I had an all but deserted South Street Seaport to ourselves and I took this white on white nautical-inspired look.

I’ve been on the hunt for a pair of white boyfriend jeans for what feels like years now and finally think I found ’em. These are cropped just above the ankle and strike the right balance between a loose and straight fit. Paired with a softer than soft t-shirt and this perfect striped blazer (the item most likely to become my closet’s new MVP) and I had a little spring in my step after all. Get used to seeing these pieces, because I have a hunch they’re going to be popping up frequently around here this spring.
