After a few dressier posts (this one may actually one of my all-time faves for The Steele Maiden), it’s nice to balance things out with a bit of casual weekend style. Most weekends start off Adam and I going on a chai tea (for me)/coffee (for him) run and this outfit is exactly the type of thing that I will throw on and head out in.

I’ve worn this fringe sweatshirt practically once a week since picking it up at the end of summer and I don’t plan on stopping. Same goes for this tassel bag that’s the perfect neutral tan. It seriously matches with everything and you can fit a ton inside without it looking overstuffed from the outside. The boots however are new and getting me pretty excited for brisker weather. Adam and I are heading off on a north-bound adventure next week (chasing cooler temps and views much different than our day to day city life) and these rugged, yet versatile neutral ankle boots are definitely coming with. The thought of 6 days off work and the chance to see the first of changing leaves.. I’ll tip my hat to that.
