I originally mentioned the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale during early access for card members (in this post), but now that it’s open to the public I wanted to revisit it – this time with a more focused plan of attack. Since I have a hard time still buying summer clothes when I know the season is halfway over (say it isn’t soooo), my current shopping strategy is to look for great neutrals that I can wear now – with cutoff jean shorts and cotton dresses – and later – with cozy sweaters and lots of layers. I just picked up this wide brim hat (no surprise there), have had this weekender bag for a couple of years now and love it’s size and textured weave, and am considering going back for these killer suede over the knee boots.
