WIDE BRIM HAT AND DENIM BUTTON FRONT SKIRT

I’m not kidding when I say that after seeing 5 uninterrupted days of sunshine in the forecast (after what feels like a lifetime of cold, dreary days here in New York) – I ran out and bought a new sun hat. Luckily, this wide brim one was less than the cost of lunch in this town and (if the sun can keep the pattern up) then I’ll be getting plenty of wear out of it.

The rest of this outfit is simple in the way that most of my very favorite outfits end up being – a little denim, a dash of stripes, a neutral palette and a good pair of shoes. This outfit has weekend farmer’s market/brunch/shopping written allll over it. And speaking of that – happy almost weekend! Adam and I are headed to PA tonight for my cousin’s bridal shower on Saturday (I’m planning to re-wear this dress – which just went on sale, so hop to it if you’ve got spring/summer weddings too).
