Ahhh.. I see you weekend. And to celebrate (because every time I reach Friday it feels like a tiny victory) I’m wearing my new favorite weekend combo – boyfriend jeans, slouchy sweater and loafers.

I’d actually be lying if I told you these pieces have been reserved for weekends only. I’ve been dressing the loafers up with skinny trousers and blouse for work, the sweater pairs well with a pencil skirt and these jeans look great with a sharp pair of heels. But when that Friday clock strikes 6:00 – it’s time to wear them all at once.
Speaking of weekends – what does everyone have planned? I’ve got a fun Halloween post scheduled for tomorrow so be sure to check back. Besides that I’m trying out a new cocktail bar on the Lower East Side today, making room for pumpkin pancakes in the East Village on Saturday morning and hoping to cheer on the runners from the sidelines of the NYC Marathon on Sunday.
