As you read this I’m probably somewhere along the Garden State Expressway – headed back to NYC after a blissful weekend away in Ocean City, NJ. I’ve got lots of beachy shots to share coming up this week, but if it’s ‘Summer in the City’ style you’re looking to see – this pretty much sums mine up.

I picked up these distressed jean shorts and they add a nice counterpoint to a crisp white oxford shirt and fedora. This straw tote is meanwhile finding occasion to be toted with me everywhere and these embellished sandals (one of Summer’s biggest trends) are comfortable while still feeling polished enough to roam the Upper East Side – where these photos were snapped last weekend.
