In general, I find I’m usually drawn towards cooler hues – blues, greens, grays. But then – there was this wine-hued (faux) leather midi skirt.

And I couldn’t help but pair it with equally warm hues, like this printed silk blouse, fringed plaid scarf, and for just enough of a contrast, these coral suede heels. As much as I love a little mini skirt (exhibit A from yesterday’s round-up) I’ve been wearing a lot of longer lengths lately (like here and here) to help stay warm. Because aside from Sunday when temps hit 40 and I went bare legged for these photos, winter seems to not be going annnnyyywhere.
