For Day One of the Lucky FABB conference, I knew I wanted to build my outfit around this vintage skirt that I scored a few weeks back at Melrose Flea Market. Aside from the skirt, I went with my old city stand-bys of a comfortable t-shirt and heeled booties that I knew could hold up to a long day of pounding the pavement. This fluffy little joy of a jacket was a seriously last minute H&M find that I just couldn’t leave without and wore on repeat for most of the weekend. In the end this outfit kind of just came together super naturally and those are always the ones where I feel most like myself. Or maybe it’s just being in New York? That city gets me every time.p.s. Jess from Jess Style Rules snapped these for me – and aside from being good with a camera and super sweet, she’s got incredible style so make sure you check out her blog.Vintage Skirt // H&M Jacket – recent in store // Madewell T-Shirt // Booties via TJ Maxx // The Steele Maiden Necklace // Bag via Marshalls
Adorable, such a wonderful outfit! When I attended Lucky Fabb last year I also wore a vintage skirt!
Thanks! I love a good vintage skirt 🙂
LOVE this skirt, the detail and print is my fav part. I like how you added a fuzzy jacket and it blends so nicely. Great photos in NYC too! Can’t wait to go next year.
