Happy Sunday friends! I like to spend Sundays drawing inspiration for the next week ahead and this shade of blue (as seen in the Verdon Gorge, France) feels like the quintessential hue of Summer. A color that I’ll have to symbolically wave goodbye to soon. Ahead – a few things that are helping ease that particular summertime sadness…
– These shiny little black loafers feel all sorts of back to school. You know, without those pesky classes.
– Speaking of back to school, did anyone else absolutely live for new supplies? I may have to pick up this pretty journal for planning Fall jaunts and journeys. And if a freshly sharpened pencil is your thing – there’s an entire store here in New York devoted to the world of #2’s and beyond. I can’t wait to stop by for a few monogrammed ones (they make them on the spot!) for my desk.
– Wave Hill in Riverdale is on my list for weekend day trips in September. Anywhere you’re planning on heading to? I’m always looking to add new places to my itinerary.
