Like any sensible, shoe-loving person – I tend to get dressed from the soles up. So yesterday’s trip to TriBeCa began with these blue suede tasseled numbers, and took a fairly preppy route from there.

I own these pants in 3 different variations (they’re shown in the links above in black but come in tons of cute prints/colors) and get so much wear out of them at this time of year.. when the thought of tights makes me cringe but the thought of bare legs makes me shiver. This particular graphic black and white print makes the perfect backdrop for a pop of color – or in this case, blue on blue on blue.
p.s. These pictures were taken outside of the TriBeCa Grand Hotel. A little insider NYC tip? On the weekend’s they screen free movies in their private theater and you can bring in your own food/drink. It’s a total hidden gem.
