Not only am I in a mild state of disbelief that Christmas is less than a week away – but the thought that New Year’s Eve is just around the corner has me in a general state of shock. I picked up this off the shoulder sweater back in the Fall and have worn it countless times since, but oppositely I’ve had this metallic midi skirt for a few years now and for some reason never quite knew how to pair it. Do you have those pieces? I try not to buy anything that I can’t wear at least a few ways, but I guess this impulse buy has finally paid off – pleated metallic midi skirts are popping up everywhere this season. And now, paired with this slouchy sweater I’m loving it for adding a small touch of sparkle to an otherwise grey day or a festive touch to an otherwise low-key look.
