Remember last Friday when I boasted I’d recently done my ‘spring cleaning’ and packed up all my winter clothes? Well this week started with me frantically digging for my coat as I ran 10 minutes late to work. 30 degree temps and a hectic few days followed leaving me more than ready for Friday… and is 60 degrees too much to ask for?

In the meantime I’ll be layering up on sweaters and freezing my toes off (because wool socks in April goes against everything my heat-loving blood stands for). I picked up this ribbed striped sweater on sale last week and it’s going to be great with a midi skirt for the office or with cut-off jean shorts for warm weather weekends. Or – on a frigid day – an extra chunky cardigan and boyfriend jeans. At least my bag and shoes say spring. And the calendar says Fridayyyyyy!
