This week has been a blur. Between feeling a bit under the weather in the beginning of the week and New York being under the weather in the middle of the week, it’s been hard to catch a break. So this little moment of sunshine yesterday – not to mention a new dress – felt like a much needed recharge.

The button-down look has been a huge trend for Fall and since I’d already tried the skirt versions (last seen here), when I spotted this corduroy dress version I couldn’t help but snap it up. I love the color (I’m planning to wear it with this plaid poncho too), slightly slouchy fit, and just above the knee length. I wore it for a casual office look, but with a cardigan and cute pair of flats this would be cute for a Thanksgiving day outfit too!
