When she’s not print-mixing like a pro, Jen is working full time at LOFT corporate (can a girl get a discount?), and planning her upcoming wedding (congrats!). Here, a few of her local tips for your next day off. First stop? A matcha-based drink and avocado toast from Chalait in the West Village. For a quick escape from the city, head to Prospect Park in Brooklyn and the surrounding neighborhoods of Park Slope and Prospect Heights. And when you really want to take in the beauty of NYC? Toast Central Park views with cocktails on the rooftop of the Met Museum. Preferably while wearing a cute pair of ankle strap sandals.
