NYFW: DAY 2

Somehow, I woke up this morning and it was Day 5 of NYFW. Even though I’ve been through this rodeo before, it never fails to amaze me just what a beautiful blur the days become once Fashion Week is at full steam.

While you won’t hear me complaining about how hectic it all gets (generally I still always pinch myself that I work in Fashion, live in New York, have this blog and get to experience it all.. and then in return share it with all of you), but I’d be just plain lying if I said this cold weather isn’t making things a bit challenging. I’ve managed to snap a few photos each day before my watery eyes and gasping breath tell Adam (who thank goodness is along for the ride with me) that we have to find shelter.  The first full day for me started Friday with showroom appointments, PR meetings and an event with Nylon Magazine at the Gansevoort. Which meant roughly 7 subway rides to get me downtown, crosstown and everywhere in between. I chose comfortable jeans and boots then threw on this brushstroke striped jacket, emerald faux fur collar and wide brim hat. Plus my entire life in that tote bag.
Off to the Pamella Roland show today! Make sure you’re following me here to get the first look as it comes down the runway.
